No65 Key holder services are available 24 hours a day to attend your premises in the event of an alarm activation and deal with the problems. This removes the need for you to venture out yourself or send out staff in the middle of the night to potential risks.

Effective Key holding is an enormous responsibility to place upon your staff. A Key holder’s duty not only interrupts and restricts valuable family time but can place your staff in potential dangerous situations. No65 can design a customised plan for your premises, which will include a full site survey and agreed actions to be taken in the event of activation. Our service secures peace of mind by eliminating the risk of placing your staff in potentially dangerous situations whilst also eliminating liability and inconvenience of out of hour call outs.

When your alarm is activated we will carry out a site visit, checking your premises, identifying the reason for the activation and where possible reset the system. We will carry out the service required in accordance with the pre-defined response plan and keep you informed of any action taken.  With our in-depth knowledge of local Trades we will call upon, on your agreement the services required to secure you premises and remain on site until someone from you company arrives to take control of the situation.
